2023 Chemical Industry Event Guide: Navigating Chemical Digitalization

As the interest in chemical digitalization continues to grow, we understand how overwhelming it can be to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies. This is why we have carefully compiled and selected a list of chemist industry events for chemical producers and distributors who are looking to get started or grow in their digital journey.
While this is not an exhaustive list of every chemical industry event that has a digitalization component, these are the ones that the Agilis Commerce team has strategically chosen to participate in. We invite you to join us at these events and take advantage of the opportunities to learn from industry experts, exchange ideas, and make valuable connections.
March 26-28, 2023 - Ended
San Antonio, TX
The AFPM International Petrochemical Conference is one of the largest petrochemical events in the world. Attendees will hear from industry leaders on key political, economic, and environmental issues facing the petrochemical industry.
April 17-19, 2023 - Ended
New Orleans, LA
This three-day event includes concurrent technical sessions focusing on business development and market trends, regulatory, market segments and advanced technology and applications discussions. The Expo is held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 3:00-6:30 pm and will feature over 100+ exhibitors.
Agilis CEO and Founder, Jay Bhatia, will be presenting as part of the Digitalization Tools and Trends track, and there will be many opportunities to meet with our team and schedule demos and conversations.
May 2-3, 2023
New York City, NY

NYSCC Suppliers’ Day has become the showcase for the latest innovations, on top of being an excellent networking opportunity. This event attracts thousands of leading cosmetic chemists and ingredient executives including R&D professionals involved in ingredient/strategic sourcing, formulation experts, and marketing/sales strategists.
The Agilis team will be in New York City for the NYSCC event, and we welcome an opportunity to meet with manufacturers and flavor/fragrance companies to showcase our solutions and talk about digitalization strategies for your business. Meet us at booth #1301 where we will be showing our new digitalization project with Evonik.

St. Louis, MO
This year, the Central and Southern Region events are combined in St. Louis. The purpose of this meet up is to meet face to face to local peers, but to also expand your network in these regions. We’re looking forward to connecting and meeting with many new colleagues.
The NACD Northeast meeting location and dates have not been announced yet, but Agilis plans to be there.

Savannah, GA
Specialty & Agro Chemicals America is a three-day networking event that features exhibits and conference presentations showcasing technologies, innovations, and process solutions that have applications specifically for the agrochemical and specialty chemical markets. Agilis Commerce is planning to bring our business development team to host in-depth conversations with suppliers and buyers of agrochemicals and specialty chemicals on how we can help improve business efficiency and create new growth opportunities for your companies.

This is truly the chemical distribution industry event of the year! The NACD Annual Meeting is the opportunity for the industry leaders to learn from each other on how to lead high performing companies, improve sales organizations and better understand the challenges facing the industry today. Once the schedules and agendas for the NACD Annual Meeting are finalized, we will send an update with how to find us in the exhibit hall, opportunities for private meetings, and other hosted events.
